I have MS first of all, which as you know already predisposes me to depression. I am already on Cymbalta & Sertaline however, I still find myself feeling bluer once the season changes and we “fall~ behind”. this is despite the fact that fall is my favorite season!! 😦 I just don’t know what to do, my Neuro thinks I need to see a therapist but talking about everything just makes me feel worse…….I don’t Want to do that. Help please……..

Dr. Auger recommends you try light box therapy. “There are three ways to approach SAD; medication, talk therapy or light box therapy.” Good luck Linda and thanks for listening!
